If your BO7 squad feels cracked one match and clueless the next, it's usually not "bad aim." It's roles. When everyone stacks the same playstyle, you get weird gaps on the map. Build a lineup that can take space, hold space, and punish rotates, and you'll notice wins start showing up more often. I still like testing ideas in a CoD BO7 Bot Lobby first, because you can see the weak spots fast without getting farmed in public lobbies.

The Backbone AR
You need at least one player who isn't chasing every red dot. Give them an AR they trust and a job: sit on the power angle, watch the mid lane, and be the adult in the room. Their kills won't look flashy, but they're the reason your pushes don't instantly collapse. If they're always moving, your team loses its "home base" and spawns get messy.

The Two SMG Problem-Solvers
SMG players shouldn't just sprint and hope. They clear tight spaces, check corners, and break setups. One plays the obvious route with stuns or flashes and forces trades. The other takes the longer flank and shows up late, when the enemy's already distracted. That second guy is the one who makes people rage swap classes.

The Pick Maker
A dedicated sniper can be disgusting, but only if they're disciplined. Early picks are great, sure. The bigger value is pressure: denying a lane so the other team hesitates, slows down, and clumps up. If your sniper is missing shots and refusing to move, tell them to switch to a marksman or an AR. Pride loses hills.

The Unsexy Support Slot
This is where matches get won. LMG, launcher, or a build made to burn utility and block pushes. Trophy systems, smoke to cross, or whatever your team keeps forgetting to bring. They don't need top kills. They need to make the enemy's "easy" route feel impossible for 30 seconds at a time.

Perks, Gear, and Not Copy-Pasting
Stop stacking the same perk package like it's a uniform. If four people run the same stealth setup, nobody has info and nobody has answers for equipment spam. Mix it up: one player built for intel, one for objective staying power, one for clearing, one for timing flanks. Your comms get cleaner when your kits aren't identical.

Getting It to Click
Run the plan like a routine: AR anchors, one SMG hits front, the other wraps, support plugs the hole, sniper watches the rotate. Then swap roles and see what breaks. Doing that in u4gm CoD BO7 Bot Lobby makes it way easier to spot who's over-peeking, who's late on trades, and which lanes you're just giving away for free.
